Questions we get asked

Straight answers. No fine print.

Can an appeal make my taxes go up?

It's rare — and screening is the protection. In Georgia the Board of Equalization determines your home's fair-market value fresh, so a raise is technically possible, but in practice it's uncommon and almost always tied to weak evidence. That's why we only file appeals where the records show a genuine case. If the board finds no grounds for reduction, your assessment stays where it is — and you pay us nothing.
