Every price, published.
This category quotes prices by phone, after a paid “investigation.” We print ours. What you pay depends on what your case genuinely requires: more substantiation, more IRS interaction, and more hours of licensed work cost more. Nothing else moves the number, and nobody quotes you anything off this page.
The screening call
$50
Fifteen minutes with a licensed Enrolled Agent who confirms your case and your price before anything else is ever charged. Credited to your fee in full; refunded in full if you don’t proceed or the agent declines your case.
Flat-rate resolution
$795
For cases that resolve with a properly set up payment arrangement: a full working session with your EA, live in your own IRS account, penalty review included. One flat charge, only after the EA accepts your case.
Full casework
For cases needing a prepared financial disclosure and EA-run resolution (hardship status and related programs). Three published tiers by case scale: larger cases carry more substantiation and more IRS interaction.
Standard casework
$1,995
Extended casework
$2,995
Major casework
$3,995
Your tier is predicted from your answers and confirmed by your Enrolled Agent on your call. If it changes, you choose from these published prices or walk away with everything refunded. Pay as the work completes, or in full at acceptance for 4% off.
Settlement offers (Offer in Compromise)
Filed only when your numbers show the IRS would accept it; the industry files offers the IRS rejects six times out of seven, and we won’t. Priced and confirmed at your consultation, always in writing before you pay anything beyond the $50 screening call.
There is always a free option: the IRS’s own tools, set up directly, no firm involved. The five-question check tells you honestly if that’s you.
