Everything about Fairmark you can verify without asking us.

The license.

Every case is screened, accepted, and worked by Thomas A. McDevitt, EA, Enrolled Agent · Philadelphia. The IRS keeps exactly one public list of credentialed preparers: irs.treasury.gov/rpo. Search: last name McDevitt, ZIP 19125, credential: Enrolled Agent.

Twenty-five years of IRS sanctions are also public. Search the disciplined-practitioner list for his name; he is not on it.

Listed on the IRS's roster of active enrolled agents, updated August 24, 2026. Download the IRS's own list and search his name yourself. The roster (CSV, from irs.gov).

The prices.

Published, all of them, before you pay anything: the price card. Nobody quotes you by phone.

The refund policy, in four lines.

Booking the screening call charges nothing. No card is asked for, and you are only ever charged when you confirm a price you have in writing. If you decide not to proceed, if you cancel, or if the agent declines your case, nothing is charged. If an offer lapses unanswered for 30 days, nothing is charged. The full text: refund policy.

Who we are.

Jacob LePage · Fairmark (Integrated Holdings LLC) · South Windsor, Connecticut · (860) 549-7974 · team@fairmark.us. A real person answers both.

What we never do.

No contingency or percent-of-debt fees. No phone-only prices. No paid “investigation.” No outcome guarantees; no honest firm can make one. No sales calls, ever.

The one form you’ll sign.

IRS Form 2848, power of attorney to the named agent, and a one-page consent letting him and Fairmark share your case information with each other. See the form before you ever pay: the IRS's own blank copy. It grants Fairmark nothing.
